Geese waddled by while I was painting. Snapped a photo and put them in later. Went back to this painting a third time and added highlights. Think it works better with lighter shadows on building.

The morning we (VAC Plein Air Group) painted at Emerald Point on the Peace River, Punta Gorda... clouds were moving in fast. Gust of wind snapped the leg of Noble's French easel. Finished this later.

Painted Monday before last with Punta Gorda VAC plein air group... Beautiful, windy day with racing clouds. Gulf was an impossible shade of blue-green. Almost lost my painting umbrella into the pass. A man stood on the porch for a perfect spot of red.
